Frosting

Cakes are typically decorated with homemade butter cream frosting. Other types of frosting are available.

Designing Your Wedding Cake
I would be pleased to meet with you personally to discuss your cake request. I have pictures of past wedding cakes from which to choose. Of course, you should feel free to bring in your own picture from a magazine or elsewhere. I will be happy to review it with you and duplicate it, as you would like.
Most couples like to have fresh flowers on their wedding cake. Please remember to tell your florist to deliver flowers for the cake when they are preparing their floral arrangements. We can discuss this further at your consultation.

Pricing
For parties of 100 or more $5.75 per person
For parties under 100 $6.00 per person
For Parties 50 and under $6.75 per person
For parties 20 and under $9.00 per person ($25.00 set up fee)
Rolled Fondant Cakes $8.50 - $15.00 per person (depending on design, based on 100)
Small Wedding Cakes $75.00 - 160 ($25.00 set up fee)

Pricing is based on standard decoration. Specialty decorations are available for an additional charge. There is an extra charge for berries and nut options.

Cakes by Liz is not limited to just cakes - we can satisfy your sweet side at any special occasion, or provide the perfect party favor. Our selections include an assortment of French Pastries, petit fours including decadent truffles, an assortment of tea cookies. Available also are a variety of mousses, tarts, pies and a range of a la carte desserts.
